Thermal Validation System

The Validator 2000 is a standalone thermal validation system designed to meet new regulations worldwide for validation of thermal processes. It is supported by fully validated hardware, software and firmware documentation.

The Validator 2000 meets the FDA guidelines for protecting electronic data (21 CFR Part II ) and the European requirements for one sample per second sample rate.

It can wire upto 36 sensors for thermocouples, voltage or current per instrument with easy plug-in modules which eliminate the need for quick disconnects on each inputs.

You can achieve high accuracy data that is two times greater than the requirements and can create all reports needed for quality and regulatory requirements.

Valprobe - The FDA compliant wireless process monitoring system

The ValProbe™ system employs a wireless probe design, which eliminates the need for hard-wired sensors and simplifies access to hostile, remote or hard to reach environments. With its broad operating range and ability to measure temperature, humidity and pressure, ValProbe is suitable for many process validation and monitoring applications including steam and EtO sterilization, tunnels, ovens, incubators, rotating machinery and conveyers.

The ValProbe system is ideally suited for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and food processing applications where regulated reporting is a priority. Built in data processing and reporting capabilities extend the ValProbe systems operating convenience far beyond mere data acquisition. The ValProbe system rapidly processes data and generates custom user defined reports for up to 50 sensors at one time. Of course, ValProbe satisfies FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic signatures and records.
